• Delivery in Quebec only. Payment is disabled for all other provinces.

• Delivery charges (taxable) extra.

• Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation of payment.

• For some distant areas, allow up to 2 additional working days.

• The package may be damaged in transit. If this is the case, do not accept the package and contact ventesweb@insertech.ca or call 514-596-2842.

PICKUP

• We will send you an email once your order is ready for pickup.

AFTER-SALE SERVICE

• For technical problems, please contact customer service by e-mail at ventesweb@insertech.ca or call 514-596-2842. If a return is necessary, we will provide you with a return form and an RMA number (shipping at your expense).

• No refunds will be possible.

• Exchange on defective material only within 10 days of receipt.

• 6-month parts and labor warranty on refurbished computers.

• 90-day parts and labor warranty on refurbished laptops.

• No guarantee on software: problems caused by viruses and/or unwanted files and/or software/application installation by the customer are not guaranteed.
