1. Contact
Call 514-596-2842 and press 2 or write to us so that we can open your repair file.
2. Deposit
At 4820 rue Molson, Montréal, QC H1Y 3J8, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, and Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm (rear parking).
3. Diagnosis
We contact you to give you an estimated repair cost and to get your go-ahead.
4. Repair
We repair your appliance on the spot, and call you when it's ready.
DON'T FORGET BEFORE YOU COME :
Bring your tablet or laptop charger.
If possible, make a backup of your data before bringing your device to us.
If there is a password, please remove it if you are not comfortable providing it.
FREE DIAGNOSIS ($35 value) :
We offer free diagnosis in the following cases:
- you are an existing Insertech customer
- you are doing business with us for the first time and accept the estimated cost of a repair or you are purchasing a computer.
REPAIR COSTS :
Some services have a fixed cost (see categories below).
Otherwise, the cost of our workshop services is based on our hourly rate of $60/hour.
Prices for technical services are net, with no tax on labor.
